Warranty

DesertX is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products. All products sold on DesertX are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the product. Please refer to the specific product page for warranty details.

In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, DesertX will either repair, replace, or provide a refund for the defective product, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to DesertX for warranty service. Please contact our customer service team at support@desertx.co for assistance with warranty claims.

Returns

DesertX understands that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@desertx.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you receive the RMA number, please securely package the product and include the RMA number on the package. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via electronic funds transfer within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account or statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team for the RMA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
