Order Processing
- All orders placed before 1:00 PM GST on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM GST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
- For deliveries within Dubai, UAE, your order will typically be delivered within 1 to 2 business days from the date of processing.
- For deliveries to other emirates in the UAE, including but not limited to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain, shipping may take 2 to 4 business days from the date of processing.
Shipping Fees
- Currently shipping is free.
Delivery Attempts
- We will attempt to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during normal delivery hours.
- If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, a notification will be sent to your contact number, and you can arrange for re-delivery on another day.
International Shipping
- At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping services.
